This part of the business was not planned. Customers kept asking whether we could handle something else while we were already in the house, and over twelve years the answer became yes often enough that it turned into real work: appliance repair, duct replacement, remodels, fencing and general repair.
The rule has not changed. If we can do it properly we will quote it. If we cannot, we will point you at someone who can, and we would rather refer you than learn on your house.
It also means you are dealing with the same two people you already know rather than starting again with a stranger.

- Appliance repair, duct and HVAC related carpentry, remodels, fencing and general handyman work. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is ours.
- What if the job is outside what you do?
- We refer it. Twelve years working in Collin and Grayson County homes means we know who is good, and sending you to the right person keeps you calling us for the work that is genuinely ours.
